Diagnostics and usage analytics are enabled by default; previously saved disabled preferences are retained. Sentry receives filtered crash stacks, error categories and diagnostics; PostHog receives feature usage, operation outcomes and durations. Manually reporting lag also sends frame rate, hitch counts and scrolling-state counts; raw log files remain on your device. Records include a random statistical identifier, platform, app and build versions, and environment, and are sent to the US regions of these services for reliability and product improvement. This collection pipeline does not upload chat text, contact content, image or attachment content, passwords, verification codes, access tokens or encryption keys, and is not used for advertising profiles. A random identifier does not mean complete anonymity: service endpoints can still see the network IP address. The client does not include IP addresses in events or enable IP geolocation.
